We here at HALBERDIER Real Estate are delighted to formally announce our newest Woodlands -Exxon-Grand Parkway area commercial real estate land acquisition for development – The GRAND Hardy Riley Crossings. This “hard corner” site is approximately 15 acres of beautiful unrestricted elevated land.
The GRAND Hardy Riley Crossings, developed by HALBERDIER Holdings and respective private equity, will serve as a bright beacon to the dedicated off ramp for thousands of rooftops just east off the Hardy Toll Rd and Riley Fuzzel exit – approximately 500 yards south of the new Grand Parkway intersect.
